Older people and food - a synthesis of evidence
Project Code: XA0313
31/03/2010
One of the Agency’s Post Graduate Scholarship Scheme students has produced a report that consolidates learning from previous consumer engagement activities with older people that the FSA has carried out since 2005. In the course of the review a number of key success factors for such activities including the use of novel resources, successful partnership working, and the FSA engaging directly with the public were identified. Based on the findings from the Agency’s previous activities a number of recommendations for future FSA work with this age group were also identified: whom to target; possible delivery mechanisms; research and evaluation activities; and dissemination, including how to share best practice.
